Refund policy
We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your tickets to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the event start date should be more than 2 weeks.
To start a refund, you can contact us at admin@minhaj.org.au.
If your request is accepted, we’ll refund your full amount and cancel your tickets.
You can always contact us for any return questions at admin@minhaj.org.au
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund requests if the event start date is within 2 weeks. on sale items or gift cards.
Transfers
You can always transfer a ticket to your family or a friend after login to your account accessible through the link sent in the email. Please contact admin@minhaj.org.au for any questions.
